You can reserve a used car online from the comfort of your own home by paying a refundable £99 deposit, which holds the car for 24 hours. If you decide not to buy the car, your deposit is returned (please note this can take 5-10 days). If you go ahead, the deposit is taken from the total purchase price.
Reserving a car gives time for our team to answer any questions you might have to help with your decision and to arrange a test drive or video viewing. We’ll also talk you through the details of any trade-in queries and help you find a competitive finance quote if required. We can also offer trade-in prices on all vehicles regardless of condition and will provide an estimated valuation of your vehicle subject to viewing.
Reserving a used car:
When your reservation fee is paid, you’ll get a confirmation email. This is not a guarantee that the reservation has been accepted, as we need to confirm the car has not recently been sold or reserved.
One of our customer service team members will then get in touch to confirm the reservation acceptance and talk you through the sales process. You can speak to us either by phone or through video call, if you prefer. Please note that if we cannot get in touch with you within 24 hours of your reservation, the car will be released.
We understand that it isn’t always possible to visit in person for a test drive, which is why we offer virtual viewings as well as unaccompanied test drive options
When it’s time to collect your car, all paperwork will be completed and ready to go. The car is fully cleaned and sanitised, and we can ensure a contactless collection if you require.
